I was blown away by the service level of Virgin Charter Yachts! The entire expereince was tremendous. We chartered a 48 ft Power Cat for 10 days. The boat was clean and in good shape. They helped us provision the boat early with food, water toys, and scuba gear. THey helped us get reservations at marina's and restaurants. Whenever we had a question or a problem, they were always there to help. The 10 day cruise was one of our best vacations ever. If you’ve ever been on vacation and had questions and it seems like you talk to numerous people only to never get the answers you seek. And you know why as there seems to be more people than you can count with there own set of questions.

From the boats set up just the way they explained in the many communication emails you will receive personalized for your vacation. Whether you wanna bare bones you captain the boat or a boat with a full crew. It’s designed for you. The boats are clean and as described, groceries are there waiting as is the list of things not available, where they go over with you upon arrival for substitutions and gather those for you. On our particular vacation our second with virgin yacht charters we once again chose a single captain to simplify our life so we can relax and enjoy. Both times it’s like they picked them from a book. Charles was perfect as we knew he would be as our first captain was. There to make sure we had the perfect vacation. For only 250.00 a day plus tip. You will def want to tip as they are excellent in taking care of your whole family. It’s a great bargain if you ask me, not many bargains left out there while on vacation. Definitely helps the trip be more relaxing, but if you wanna drive he will be first mate. They leave it up to you. They are a tremendous help getting us there and getting back to airport. Our plane was late getting in so they had a little island hopper waiting to fly us to beef island airport so we could do customs at 7: 30 pm. Getting back they arranged a boat taxi which was perfect got us to airport in plenty of time. So if you’re looking at chartering a boat in BVI just know you can’t beat family. 5 stars for virgin yacht charters and Charles our captain.

Happy to report, that our group had a great experience, on board our Vessel, Virgen Charter Yachts staff was very supportive from the very first day we initiated contract conversations and throughout our entire stay. To include assistance with reservations at marinas and moorings and with where to buy provisions as well. Our Caribbean Cat, was in mint condition and with all the necessary amenities needed to enjoy our time onboard. The staff was very responsive at all times, especially Amanda, from the get Go!

Definitely a must repeat next year around, for our group from Puerto Rico.

Virgin Charter Yachts was such an accommodating business to work with on our travels to the BVIs. We could not have selected a more professional team nor could we have been prepared for the support from them on our yachting adventure. We chartered a Cat 44, Celtic Star, from Virgin Charter Yacht this past week with a captain. We were 6 adults and a 1 yr old baby and the "space", interior cabins, salon, heads, and exterior spaces were more spacious that the pictures in the website; it exceeded my expectations! The people of VCY were vey attentive to our request and the captain that they gave us was excellent ("Makeem Hastings") Can highly recommend VCY.

First time with Virgin Charter Yachts and all I can say is that I will definitely use them again. The staff is outstanding and their vessels are well taken care of and in great shape. They go above and beyond to make sure your charter is top notch. Thank you VCY's!

We have chartered from several companies in the past but this experience was the best we have encountered. The company was awesome! From the reservation process to returning the boat - everything was perfect. Our boat Caribbean Cat was a 51 power cat. The boat was clean and in incredible shape. Everything worked perfectly. All the equipment was state of the art and even the galley had everything you needed. As the captain, the fresh water maker made water rationing a thing of the past. We had some provisions delivered and were on board when we arrived at 7 pm. Also, the staff we dealt with - Amanda, Jess and Nick - were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will absolutely charter from them again.

From the beginning to the end the best! Virgin Charter Yachts is the way to go when visiting the BVI's. On behalf of my entire family a big thank you for an unforgettable vacation.

We have chartered several times in the BVIs, and our experience with VCY was the absolute best. The boat was in great condition and the service we received from the time we were making reservations to the time we had to return home was fabulous. We will be back with VCY very, very soon!

Great trip! Booked a bare charter for late June / early July 2022. Found VCY to be competitively priced while also having great service. Any boat issues we had (only a battery issue) were timely addressed. Most importantly, VCY staff was really laid back. Will use VCY for are next charter.

My mind is still in the Caribbean on the Elysium! What a beautiful boat! We had amazing week aboard the very beautiful and spacious boat and loved exploring the islands! Also, if you want a captain that knows his way around the islands, I highly recommend Captain Max! Can't wait to do it again!

Boat "Another Perfect Season"

I would never do a negative review for an organization that takes ownership of their problems. In the owners reponse she blamed all of the issues I had with this boat on my ignorance. I emailed her proof of an example of where her team failed to fix a repeat problem with the generator until they finally replaced a part. No response. I have been bareboat chartering in the Bahamas and the Caribbean since the 80s and I know how operate a boat. When an engine loses power under way and an alarm goes off and an error message appears on the helm there is a problem.

Their reservation and concierge team were great. My review covers the condition of the boat and how the operations team performed.

We were in contact with operations everyday of the trip for repeated problems dealing with the AC, generator, light switches that intermittently failed, water leaks, propane, and most serious, the starboard engine failure on Tuesday and port engine failure on Wednesday.

The starboard engine lost power under way in the channel forcing us to return to the harbor and the port would not start the following day at the mooring. Their team did not fix either problem (per their operations manager). They resorted to a complete engine electronics shut down and restart which cleared the issue for that day but will surely be coming back until the engine electronics are fixed.
